Academy program

Youth Academy is where our U8-U10 players are introduced to a competitive training environment.  The success of our Youth Academy is not measured by a number of wins, but rather on the successful development of an individual's understanding of the game.  Free play, creativity and having fun while playing at this level is encouraged.  Our U8-U10 players will participate in the Eastern Iowa Youth Soccer League. 

Junior Academy is for players in their U11-U15 playing years.  The program introduces the 11v11 game with the beginning of tactical decision making and systems of play.  Our program employs a heavy focus on technique with a high priority on functional training, responsibilities of individual positions, and team dynamics.  Our U11-U12 players will participate in the Eastern Iowa Youth Soccer League and our U13-U15 players will participate in the CDL (Club Development League).

Senior Academy is for players in the U15-U18 age group, and is the final phase our training curriculum for the youth player.  Players at this level are given clear expectations within the framework of our philosophy, and are expected to implement our standards both on and off the field.  Senior Academy players are expected to push themselves independently of the training sessions, while balancing the responsibilities of soccer, high school, and work.  Our U15-U18 players will participate in the CDL (Club Development League).
