Teams are first separated by program - Youth(U9-U12), Junior (U13-U14), and Senior (U15-U18).  Youth Academy teams will be organized by event by the head coach, and will often vary from game to game to support increased development of all players.  We recognize that in the Junior and Senior Academy groups multiple environments may be necessary so that highly committed and developed players needs are met.  At times, if it is developmentally appropriate, a player may be asked to "play up" with an older age group.
